S2P Supplier Enablement Lead

The SPE Supplier Enablement Lead is the technical administrator and Subject Matter Expert of the Ariba Network who is responsible for developing the strategy of enabling suppliers to the SPE E-Procurement System and implementing the use of electronic invoicing . The ideal candidate will
own the process of on-boarding strategic suppliers to the Ariba Network and manage the lifecyc l e of migrating suppliers from legacy systems and processes to the new platform and will track compliance to the new process. The Supplier Enablement Lead will work with diverse supplier systems to best roadmap how to integrate them with the Ariba Network. The key aspects of this role will focus on coordination between the suppliers and SPE stakeholders as well as Strategic Sourcing, Accounts Payable (Global Finance Organization, GFO) and the 3 rd party software provider. The candidate will be responsible for helping to socialize electronic invoicing to SPE's global organization. The candidate will identify and find synergies for content and category enablement and troubleshoot issues that may arise in the electronic invoice process. This candidate will be the expert and key contact to work between SPE and SAP Ariba. The candidate must be able to work independently in a global, matrixed, fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Enabling vendors on to the Ariba Network, implementing electronic invoicing, and educating stakeholders and suppliers about the potential of the Ariba Network
• Develops and manages supplier on-boarding projects and wave rollouts
on a global scale (the role has oversight for global enablement in 4 regions – North America, EMEA, Asia Pacific and Latin America)
• Acts as Administrator for Ariba Network and Business liaison for impacts to the Ariba On Demand Platform
• Single point of contact to suppliers to socialize the benefits of the Ariba Network
• Educate internal stakeholders and suppliers on all aspects of enabling supplier on to the Ariba platform
• Administers all aspects of enabling supplier on to the Ariba platform
• Communicate business and technical requirements and ensure suppliers are complying to e-procurement process es
• Manages supplier transition to e-procurement system from start to finish
• Develops and manages communications being transmitted through the AN to suppliers

Maintaining supplier relationships on the Ariba Network, troubleshooting technical issues, and updating vendor profile information in Ariba On Demand and the Ariba Network
• Partners with Strategic Sourcing & Procurement and Global Finance Organization to identify new suppliers, keep supplier contact information current and manage relationships with existing suppliers on the Ariba Network
• Advises Strategic Suppliers as a Subject Matter Expert of the Ariba Network

• Leads training sessions and supplier summits (virtual and live) to keep suppliers updated and educated
• Collaborates with SAP Ariba, suppliers, and IT to resolve internal technical issues that arise from unique integrations
• Manages profile and contact information changes with internal stakeholders
• Developing new strategies to improve stakeholder and supplier experience
• Partners with IT, SAP Ariba and suppliers to identify improvements to Ariba On Demand, Ariba Network and Vendor Master Data
• Produces recommendations to update current processes to better keep up with current technical environment
• Identifies supplier issues to present recommendations for system and process improvement
• Develops and delivers KPIs to t rack and measure the overall success of the Supplier Enablement Program
• Liaises with key stakeholders in all territories to ensure that procurement and invoice documents meet country requirements
• Engages in other aspects of Supplier Lifecycle Management as Risk as needed

Requirements

Experience:
• 5+ years' experience in Supply Chain, Accounting or Finance
• Procure to Pay process knowledge
• Understanding of the fundamentals of E-Procurement systems, specifically Ariba
• Experience working with global end users and suppliers
• Entertainment industry experience a plus

• Experience in working with ERP solutions, specifically Ariba
• Project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects at the same time

Education:
• Undergraduate Degree (Required)
