Sr. Platform Lead
The Sr. Platform Lead will work for the IP Management IT team and be responsible for the build-out and support of products using several low-code application platforms. This position will collaborate with various user groups to understand their business processes, data needs, and functional requirements, and will then take a leadership role in the implementation of these requirements on the appropriate platform.
Responsibilities include the following:
• Implement basic customizations (fields, page layouts, etc.) of low-code application platforms (Salesforce and/or Airtable) for product development
• Create reports and dashboards
• Maintain users, user roles, security, and profiles
• Collect, review, analyze, and manage business user requirements and transform them into user stories
• Ensure that delivery of products that meets the needs defined by the business customer
• Serve as a liaison to other teams in planning, coordination, development and deployment of multi-team enhancements
• Facilitate training sessions and demos with stakeholders and product users, and have a thorough understanding of the product so that user questions can be properly addressed
• Troubleshoot open product tickets, including defect reporting and resolution, and provide customer service to clients
• Support the development of strong client relationships by building trust, rapport and strong working relationships with key sponsors, stakeholders, and team members
• Provide support to users in all groups and act as a point of contact for end-user support
Qualifications and/or Experience Required
• 3+ years of experience developing/supporting a low-code application platform
• Ability to develop and maintain a Salesforce Platform environment
• Prior experience with Airtable preferred
• Experience in an agile environment with preferred experience working in a scrum tool like Jira or Pivotal Tracker
• Strong mix of technical and communication skills necessary to interface directly with both business users and developers on functional requirements
• Evidence of business acumen to quickly get up-to-speed with conversations around user requirements, processes, and pain points
• Prior experience in the Entertainment Industry, preferably in Television, Home Entertainment, or Film is a huge plus
The anticipated base salary for this position is $105,000 - $139,100. This role may also qualify for annual incentive and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
