Senior Manager, Vendor Maintenance, Global Financial Operations

The Sr. Manager reports to the Global Financial Operations Director. The responsibilities focus on vendor maintenance operations to support the Procure to Pay function. He or she will function as the first level escalation point within the Vendor Maintenance work unit to create, modify, and block vendors. The Sr. Manager leads the day to day operations of the Vendor Maintenance team and serves as the customer service liaison for both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities
• Ensure adherence to SPE master data management processes, controls, and policies
• Provide day-to-day supervision of offshore staff consisting of internal resources and outsourced personnel
• Troubleshoot issues, serving as a resource for complex problems and helping to identify and resolve upcoming or potential issues
• Demonstrate high level oral and written communication skills across varying levels of management, across departments, and with external suppliers
• Monitor pending requests and manage workload timely processing of requests
• Function as first level support for escalation of complex concerns or discrepancies
• Proactively seek out potential data integrity issues to mitigate the risk of downstream system implications
• Conduct routine audits of vendor additions and updates, validating that the master data is complete in accordance with best practices
• Research various software options to validate banking and Tax ID information
• Recommend enhancements to department processes and workflows to increase operational efficiency and accuracy
• Lead Vendor Management ESOAR initiatives to drive common process and functional solutions globally
• Work with Accounts Payable Team, Purchasing, and Treasury members to identify master data related improvement opportunities
• Manage the transition of the process changes with the Service Delivery Center, including updating desktop procedures and internal control documentation
• Effectively and professionally manage persistent calls and challenging internal and external relationships, providing service recovery assistance wherever possible
• Determine where judgment needs to be made and route to appropriate management personnel when escalation is necessary
• Partner with the Information Security and Investigation Teams to strengthen processes
• Communicate with the appropriate Legal, Compliance, and Information and Compliance teams whenever a

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree required, MBA or post- secondary education preferred
• Experience with vendor data management processes
• Familiarity of the Procure to Pay process (Requisition to Payment)
• Experienced and proficient in Microsoft Office Applications required
• Entertainment experience preferred
• Minimum 3 years Supervisory experience
• Ariba and SAP knowledge a plus
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills (passion for data and accuracy)
• Understands overall impacts of data changes and experience level to make the appropriate decisions
• Contributes to a collaborative, productive work environment through positive relationships with Senior Leadership, Managers, Employees, and the community
• Extremely detail-oriented with good organizational skills, able to balance multiple tasks in a time sensitive atmosphere
• Demonstrates a strong understanding of how data management processes fit into overall procure to pay process
