Senior Manager, Finance

This position is primarily responsible for providing financial support to certain Corporate groups. This includes but is not limited to the preparation and review of the forecast and budgets, providing financial support for various initiatives, as well as assisting with ad hoc requests.

Core Responsibilities
• Prepare, manage, review and submit the annual Budget, Quarterly Forecasts and Mid-Range Plan for the Corporate groups. This includes consolidating, ensuring the forecast/Budgets get loaded into the BPC integrated planning module, analyzing variances, holding discussions with the line of business management and preparing decks to be presented to Executive Management.
• Provide financial support for Corporate initiatives/projects. This includes validating the financial impact of PVA initiatives, taking the lead on building and updating cost/benefit analysis, working with Project Managers to understand and validate the financial impact of their project, preparing and presenting decks to management, etc.
• Monitor & maintain monthly financial activity for the Corporate groups. This includes researching and submitting monthly variance explanation reports addressing the key overhead, balance sheet and headcount fluctuations, preparing detailed ad hoc requests when needed (ie specific line item analysis), advise on cost center structure & working with the accouting team on reclasses when needed.
• Maintain professional working relationships with SPE line of business management and 3rd party vendors in order to share information needed to update financials as necessary.
• Assist the SVP & Executive Director with various tasks on an ad hoc basis.

Job Requirements
• Education: BA/BS
• 4-6 years of relevant experience
• Promote innovative ideas and create an environment of continuous improvement
• Knowledge of
• International Financial Reporting Standards Knowledge
• Skill in:
• SAP & BW, BPC, strong Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint skills, financial modeling skills
• Ability to:
• Work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Follow through with commitments to the business
• Effectively communicate financial impact of business decisions
• Continuously identifying business opportunities for the groups being supported
• Thinking outside of the box to effectively resolve issues

The anticipated base salary for this position is $105,000 to $139,100. This role may also qualify for annual incentive and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
