Manager, International Partnerships

The Global Marketing Partnerships team is responsible for securing and activating best-in-class marketing partnerships reinforcing the studio's marketing strategy and extending the reach of its film marketing campaigns. The team works with the some of the largest and most powerful brands (including Pepsico, Mercedes, Doritos, L'Oreal, Kellogg's, Audi, General Mills and more) to create memorable marketing campaigns that drive awareness and interest for the studio's feature film slate. The Manager, International Marketing Partnerships, specializes in activating partnerships by delivering best in class execution on marketing programs.

Job Description:
• Execute International Marketing Partnerships:
• Reporting to the VP Worldwide Marketing Partnerships, execution of International deals including TV, packaging, POS, digital, OOH, and print
• Service creative assets to approved partners
• Oversee day-to-day processing of creative submissions, proactively enforcing meaningful integration of film IP
• Develop consistent dialogue with Partnerships executives in the local territories
• Communicate directly with all international offices to deliver feedback via the Portal (interactive platform)
• Assist in the creation of status reports, wrap reports, filmmaker updates
• Manage international market requests for costume characters, film props, trip packages for sweeps prizing, premiums etc.
• Coordinate premiere packages and handle any international winners
• Trade show preparation and support (Licensing Show – Las Vegas, Brand Licensing Europe, Toy Fair)
• Roadshow preparation and support

• • Excellent communication skills – written and oral (must have a professional and courteous demeanor and be able to communicate persuasively and clearly)
• • Must be able to multi-task and be able to set priorities and meet deadlines
• • Must be a self-starter with a team attitude and a high level of initiative
• • Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills
• • Must be detail oriented with a keen creative eye
• • Hard working, enthusiastic, and diligent

Requirements
• • Bachelor's degree required
• • Experience: 3 years; at least 1 in the entertainment industry; international experience a plus
• Strong computer skills (MS PowerPoint, KeyNote, Excel, Outlook, Photoshop, Adobe)
