Manager, Global Digital Marketing

Sony Pictures seeks a Manager, Global Digital Marketing to lead home entertainment campaigns across Sony's slate of films. This position reports directly to the Vice President, Digital Marketing and will assist in developing and executing Home Entertainment marketing programs in the digital marketing space. The position will be responsible for managing Sony Pictures Home Entertainment digital marketing campaigns including but not limited to: consumer websites, games, banners, influencer outreach and best in class social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snap and other digital platforms. Supports the VP in ensuring the entire online campaign is designed and executed to strategy by the ideation, design, and successful implementation of digital experiences designed to market each film successfully. The Senior Manager will interact daily with multiple vendors and internal marketing teams, including Brand Marketing, International Marketing, Creative Services, Publicity, Media, Shopper Marketing and Promotions to advise and support the execution of digital marketing campaigns on all new release and 3rd party titles.

Job Responsibilities:
• The Manager, Digital Marketing is responsible for the full digital campaign life cycle, including strategy development and execution.
• Specifically:
• Arranging kick off, follow up calls with external or internal parties
• Developing the creative brief alongside creative and brand
• Developing social media toolkit
• Developing social media campaign along with creative direction for creative vendor and social manager
• Managing the QA process alongside ISG (Internet Services Group) and Sycamore (a third party QA vendor)
• Working with the broader team to ensure the project and assets are delivering on the desired strategy
• Monitoring the campaign performance mid-stream, optimizing when necessary
• Develop campaign post mortems
• Managing project timelines and budgets
• Work with Media partners to develop advertising materials, traffic assets, provide affiliate links, approve custom site content and ensure timely launch of digital & social media campaigns
• Social media savvy with all social platforms (Snapchat, Twitter, Instagram and Facebook, You Tube, Tiktok) and influencer marketing and a curiosity for emerging or new platforms to enhance marketing awareness and engagement
• Set up and schedule small ad buys in self serve platforms like Meta
• Creates strategy presentations and campaign overviews for senior management

Required Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree required
• 3-5+ years of digital/social marketing experience
• Full lifecycle or home entertainment experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Previous experience in similar digital marketing/social strategy within entertainment is a plus
• Strong planning, project management and presentation skills
• Mastery of creative development process and media planning
• Knowledge and strong interest in pop culture, social platforms and influencer talent
• Experience working cross-functionally and managing outside agencies
• Knowledge of MS Suite Tools (Excel, Word, Power Point) and file formats and compressions
• Knowledge of top Sony Pictures IPs (Spider-Man, Jumanji, Men in Black, Ghostbusters, etc.) is a plus
