This Summer/Fall Trainee position is from May/June through December 13th and all candidates must be able to work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday in the specified location. This position is ideal for recent graduates or entry-level talent interested in jump-starting their career in a particular field. A hybrid work structure may or may not be available.

DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION:

The vision of the IT organization is to equip the business with exceptional technology solutions and services that supercharge the creation and distribution of entertainment. The goal of the IT Transformation team is to embody and promote the vision and values while supporting the rest of the IT organization to help achieve SPE's strategic goals. The IT Transformation team works on a variety of initiatives and efforts, examples including process optimization, change management and supporting strategic initiatives in different capacities. In doing this we partner within and outside of IT with the goal of reducing inefficiencies and delivering more value for SPE.

The IT Transformation team is looking for a Trainee who can help facilitate a portfolio of transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate is an analytical, people-oriented problem-solver who is comfortable navigating ambiguity.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Get up to speed quickly and support different initiatives
• Work with stakeholders across the IT org to understand root causes to issues and determine next steps
• Document and execute action items in partnership with team members and stakeholders
• Assist with meeting coordination, consolidating data, and producing materials for meeting facilitation

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's Degree
• Strong interest in business analysis and strategy
• Strong written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to generate presentations and documentation that will facilitate and influence decision-making at all levels of an organization
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• 1-2 years work experience in management consulting or business analysis

The anticipated base salary for this position is $27/hour. This role may also qualify for comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
