Finance Staff, Theatrical Finance

Main Responsibilities：
• Prepare and submit periodical sales and over head budget for theatrical division under the supervision of finance director; the process includes but not limited to, rolling over the template, gathering data from multiple sources, to summarize and refine the data uploadable to the system, and submit to HQ.
• Support other LOB finance activities (Distribution and International Productions) including distribution's budget process, royalty statement review for Sony Pictures Intenraional Prodctions titles, and consortium bank account management etc.
• Ad-hoc analysis/project and lead process improvement as opportunity arises.

Skills/Experiences：
• Basic accounting knowledge and experience (Nissho Bookkeeping 2nd grade or higher would be ideal, but not mandate)
• FP&A experience（variance analysis, forecasting, communicate with other departments）
• Excellent Excel skill (preferably someone who can handle VBA)
• Excellent communication skills in Japanese
• Fluent English language skill（TOEIC 860 or more than 1year oversea experience）
• SAP experience (not required)
