Employee Experience Specialist

The Employee Experience Specialist will support the expansion of our employee experience, communications and employer brand strategies both internally and externally. This role presents the opportunity to participate in the work done by subject matter experts across People & Organization, as well as many of the client groups the Business Partners collaborate with. The selected candidate will assist the teams that attract top talent, ensure a smooth onboarding process, develop employees as they advance in their careers, provide compelling compensation and benefits, integrate technology seamlessly and champion diversity and inclusion across the organization. A willingness to be proactive, build relationships across the business and problem solve effectively will be essential as it requires partnership with key stakeholders globally. The Employee Experience Specialist will report directly the Director of P&O strategy.

• Develop a wide range of written and visual communications to support P&O's key objectives, priorities and initiatives
• Maintain a content calendar for a variety of channels including social media, mySPE and a centralized P&O communications calendar
• Create unique content, including copy, graphics and videos, to help promote and enhance key programs/messaging for employees across the organization as well as externally
• Partner with our Legal and Marketing teams to sustain a compelling library of visual content for the team to draw upon as needed
• Participate in expanding the existing P&O branding and communications strategy
• Contribute creative ideas and execute on initiatives to elevate the SPE Employee Experience such as employee handbooks, an employee referral program, etc.
• Assist with maintaining career portal copy, images and messaging
• Contribute to special projects as requested by the P&O Functional Leadership Team
• Liaise regularly with branding and social media vendors and partners including SPE's career portal technology vendor

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2 years of communications and/or marketing experience required
• A passion for employer branding, digital media and technology
• Graphic design skills preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in all MS Office Suite Products in Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Professional with excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing priorities
• Extremely organized, detail oriented, and a fast learner
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to maintain sensitive/confidential information
• Confident in interacting with all levels in the organization
• A global perspective is required
