Director, Procurement M&A Integration Management

Director – Mergers & Acquisitions Procurement Integration Management will develop a Global Procurement M&A integration program and playbook and take ownership for leading Procurement and Sourcing teams in the execution related to the integration of acquired companies. This entails end-to-end strategic and transactional sides of the function, including governance, workforce planning, policy, processes, methodology, and technology deployment.

This role will own management of the end-to-end integration process and activities for Procurement and Sourcing teams from the initial development of integration plans (with milestones and timelines), to execution of the tactical plans, while providing a clear roadmap for ongoing ownership to complete the integration. The ideal candidate will have rich experience managing the integration of acquired company Sourcing/P2P operations with the acquirer processes.

Core Responsibilities
• Build and develop Procurement's M&A Integration approach, partnering with leaders and SMEs across the organization to drive execution and efficiency
• Develop the M&A Procurement Integration Playbook with repeatable processes that accelerate integrations
• Identify improvements in acquisition integration processes/techniques and implement best-practice methodologies
• Conceptualize, plan, and execute multiple integration projects with a strong analytical focus on business strategy
• Integrate our acquired companies' supply chain, align procurement processes, and provide training and support for our new employees on both interim and end-state processes
• Act as a facilitator for senior leaders and stakeholders in helping them fulfill the role of change sponsor
• Facilitate meetings and workshops with all the levels of the organization
• Effectively manage the change driven by the project steering the business in a new direction
• Coach other team members

Job Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree, MBA, or advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in project management, change management, and project planning, preferably in a strategy consulting company or an equivalent position in Media & Entertainment industry
• 5+ years of experience in managing Procurement M&A Integrations
• Experience of entire Source-to-Pay process including Sourcing, Procurement Operations, Payments, Purchasing Policy, Audits/controls, Process, and Systems
• Proven ability to create, implement and measure new processes
• Demonstrated leadership managing people
• Understands and shows passion for the entertainment industry developments
• Drives the problem-solving process: frames problems, guides analytical modeling, and through analysis provides insights into solutions
• Supply Chain Optimization or Process Engineering experience
• Experience working for a Fortune 500/multi-national company or multi-national consulting firm is preferred
• Project management, problem structuring, and strategic problem-solving skills: Demonstrated ability to complete quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Strategic vision and creative thinking: Ability to look beyond existing paradigms and change the organization according to new business concepts
• Understands the complexity of a matrix and functional organizations and is capable of operating within one
• Effective communicator and influencer. Comfortable presenting in front of senior leadership audiences. Facilitates workshops and resolves possible conflict
• Hands-on mentality and pragmatic approach with strong collaboration attitude and team play
• High standard of ethics, integrity, and confidentiality
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects; must be detail-oriented and highly skilled in time management
• Comfortable with high levels of ambiguity
