Job Description
Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Business Intelligence (BI) systems, will be responsible for design, implementation, and support of FP&A and BI applications (primarily SAP BW/4, HANA, SAC, and BPC). FP&A and BI Director will take charge of formulating strategic vision and overseeing the implementation of the 3-Week Forecast (3WF) roadmap, a major ongoing initiative within Finance aimed at revolutionizing the FP&A function. Beyond that, the role requires actively shaping a visionary perspective for business intelligence within the organization. This role requires a proactive and independent thinker with ability to collaborate across teams to help execute leadership's vision of standardizing, optimizing, automating, and streamlining financial planning and reporting processes and systems. This position will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders and for providing hands-on and strategic leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Lead development, delivery, and management of FP&A and BI systems in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Foster and enhance relationships with effective communication across all levels of the business where formal financial planning and reporting occurs.
• Responsible for technology strategy and architecture related to BI and reporting functions.
• Lead, mentor and develop the IT staff who support BI and reporting systems.
• Manage IT planning and reporting projects and their corresponding budgets by providing guidance, expertise, and in coordinating staff activities and their participation.
• Provide open and clear communication to stakeholders and executives of progress, plans and issue resolution.

Requirements:
• 12+ years of experience with SAP financial applications suite (primarily SAP BW/4, HANA, SAC and BPC)
• 7-8 years of solution architecture and project delivery/management experience
• 5-6 years of experience with financial planning and reporting processes/systems (preferably in the M&E industry)
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred

The anticipated base salary for this position is $155,000-$205,000. This role may also qualify for annual incentive and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
