Business Systems Analyst, Source-to-Pay (S2P) Finance Systems
The Business Systems Analyst, Source-to-Pay (S2P) Finance Systems role requires detailed troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. The Business Systems Analyst must have excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship building skills necessary to meet with stakeholders and define business needs. This role also requires someone who is highly motivated, passionate, curious, and eager to learn and develop competency within new technologies. Additionally, this role requires daily collaboration with technical staff to resolve issues, implement new functionalities, and improve user experience, all while leveraging an Agile delivery mindset. Lastly, the Business Systems Analyst will become a key contributor to the delivery of complex, intersecting projects, such as future S2P Transformation initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and resolve issues within and across S2P systems.
• Document and share knowledge with teammates regarding root cause and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with regional SPE IT and Business Operations teams.
• Learn and build competency in configuring, supporting, and enhancing Source-to-Pay (S2P) systems, especially Ariba, Concur, and SAP S/4HANA & Fiori eForms.
• Understand, document and articulate functional specifications to developers.
• Present complex issues in a concise manner to management to facilitate/influence decision making.
• Uphold adherence to approved policies and procedures as well as participate in Compliance audits.
• Analyze current S2P business and system processes and make recommendations for efficiency and productivity improvements.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Entry level position (0-3 years of experience)
• Prior internship or engagement with SPE a plus
• Basic understanding of Source-To-Pay (S2P) business processes and trends
• Demonstrated, superior analytical, evaluation, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of Agile methodology (Scrum & Kanban)
• Basic knowledge of SAP software, notably Ariba and S/4HANA
• Awareness of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) & IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
The anticipated base salary for this position is $59,600-$80,300. This role may also qualify for annual incentive and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
