The Sony Pictures Entertainment Professional Trainee program offers a unique opportunity to work alongside the teams that come together to create movies, TV shows, and other great experiences. This Summer/Fall Professional Trainee position is from May/June through December 11th and all candidates must be able to work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday.

The Identity and Access Management (IAM) team manages the access of all users, internal and external, to all SPE systems including IT systems and Facilities. The Business Analysis Trainee will have the opportunity to learn the Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes by working with both the technical and functional teams. They will gain hands on experience in all areas of identity management such as access certification, Single Sign On (SSO) and directory and access management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Create and update project documentations such as User Stories, Test Scenarios, write-ups, and process flows / workflows
• Assist with creating presentations and decks for executives
• Assist in drafting project plans and timelines
• Conduct different types of testing – Unit Testing, End to End Testing, Functional Testing, and UAT Testing
• Perform Automation Testing – creating test scenarios and writing the test scripts
• Assist the technical team with managing the defects and known issues
• Work with the functional team to elicit and gather requirements
• Work with various integrated apps to create reports for internal team consumption
• Participate in code reviews of all environments
• Automate build related activities, including code deployment and other processes
• Assist with the development of new features
• Research into new products and technologies available
• Perform data analysis

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
• Knowledge of computer programming
• Interest in a career in Information Technology
• Past experience with data, writing test scripts/user stories
• Good knowledge of MS Office products is desirable, specifically Excel
• Good verbal and written communication skills
