Analyst, Masterdata - Home Entertainment

This position is responsible for providing support functions and analysis for SPHE's Inventory Planning (IP) group. The Analyst will be responsible in assisting with the management of finished goods and raw materials inventory for all formats across North America.
• All Sku/Variation set up and scheduling of all US releases (physical product for both National and Customer Specific needs). Work with cross functional teams when needed.
• Aligning various HR departments in meeting critical path milestones for the delivery of all marketing components (physical and digital)
• Responsible for managing Moratoriums, Expirations and Restrictions within SPHE systems along with Moratorium Letters
• Responsible for BOM updates and/or changes to all North American releases
• Set-up branch plants and digital SKUs worldwide as needed by Finance

Core Responsibilities:

SKU/Variation Creation and Management:
• Review the set-up and maintain changes of SPHE products for US and Canada within SPHE systems through on-going collaboration with internal departments (Marketing, Operations, and Production)
• Manage GEM, Pegasus and Prism support applications and assist with troubleshooting system interface issues as it relates to SKU set-up and necessary clean up when required
• Additionally, includes recurring participation in meetings and discussion to help drive inventory reduction strategy
• Review the set-up and maintain changes of SPHE products for US and Canada within SPHE systems through on-going collaboration with internal departments (Marketing, Operations, and Production)

BOM Updates:
• Maintain and update Bill of Materials as needed by cross-functional teams
• Responsible for data integrity of Bill of Materials
• Ensure BOM updates &/or changes feed to downstream systems

Customer Communications:
• Prepare/distribute communications of Expirations, Moratoriums, Item Restrictions, Title Listings, Master Schedule, and Digital Partner solicitations and distribute to internal and external stakeholders
• Post and maintain data within the B2B and SharePoint site. Review and approve title information and attributes (UPC, format, genre, aspect ratio etc.)

Support and maintains the world-wide timeline:
• Work closely with teams that drive/ create Marketing & Creative components (utilized for Domestic, International only, and/or Worldwide release)
• Update the daily updates/inputs for the Marketing Deliverables/timeline report that aligns due dates of materials and marketing projects scheduled for source creation, localization, and / or servicing

Evaluate System & Process Functionality:
• Identify and lead initiatives to capitalize on opportunities to increase procedural efficiencies and systemic enhancements as they pertain to the core functionality and productivity of the position
• Identify and authorize necessary IT enhancements, assist with testing and oversee implementations of these enhancements

Job Requirements:
• BA degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing administration
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data management
• Minimum 1 years of experience in workability / timeline management
• Strong proficiency in data/timeline management systems
• Prior work experience in home entertainment preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Systems, Data Management, or Supply Chain Management from an accredited university
• Daily use of internal systems (intermediate to advance level of use): PRISM, Runner, Business Objects, Pegasus
• Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate level of use): Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Basic level of understanding component nomenclature, as related to packaging materials and various marketing components.
• Strong communication skills

• Requires strong data management and data quality skillset due to financial and/or legal impacts such as shipping an item we have lost distribution rights to
