We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure the efficient operation of our warehouse. This role requires a strong focus on accuracy, punctuality, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

What you'll do:
• Receive, inspect, and accurately store incoming shipments.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with attention to detail.
• Ensure inventory is organized and properly maintained.
• Assist with regular inventory counts and audits.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.

Who you are:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Excellent punctuality and reliability.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to [weight limit] lbs).
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Forklift certification is a plus.

The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
