Job Description
RoadCo Entertainment, a producing and distribution agency specializing in live entertainment experiences, is currently seeking a full-time Sales Associate. Our clients include the national tours of Bluey's Big Play, Elf the Broadway Musical, Our Planet Live in Concert, The British Invasion, The TEN Tenors and The Choir of Man. RoadCo is a joint venture of BSL Enterprises and Sony Music Entertainment, and this position offers the potential for significant growth as this company aggressively expands, leveraging the full assets of Sony Music & acquiring a diverse roster ranging from immersive entertainment, to music, theater, e-gaming and e-sports, and family entertainment.

What you'll do:
• Support the two Sales Agents and Manager of Business Operations as they book touring engagements of attractions
• Arrange company calls, prepare meeting materials and keep call notes
• Generate and distribute daily tour sales reports
• Draft and track contracts, ensuring paperwork is executed in a timely manner
• Update and maintain database
• Assist with presenter market research
• Develop relationships with Presenters and secure venue holds
• Liaise with Producers and Presenters
• Occasional special projects

Who you are:
• 2+ years of relevant experience required
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and especially Excel required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Experience working with contracts preferred
• Prior experience in commercial or not-for-profit live entertainment/touring a plus
• Knowledge of social media a plus
• Prepared to make a long-term commitment to a company with significant growth potential
