Promotion & Marketing Coordinator-Temp Position

As Promotion & Marketing Coordinator, you will support the entire Triple Tigers radio promotion team and assist the VP of Promotion and Label Presidents initially with the possibility to evolve into a full-time Coordinator of Marketing role. This role requires comprehensive communication and coordination of all information, data, and details for the promo and marketing team.

Start Date: Early April 2024 – 6 month temp position

What you'll do
• Provide administrative support to Triple Tigers' Co-Presidents, VP of Promotion, and Regional Promotion Managers
• Pull and analyze daily airplay and consumption reports for promotion staff and artist managers
• Create and distribute promotional materials to staff and radio
• Work cross-functionally with the marketing team to develop plans to drive consumption
• Work directly with marketing and promotion teams to collect all assets needed for promotional efforts
• Compile and edit content for radio and marketing partners
• Maintenance of all department content documentation
• Schedule and assist with on-site artist content captures as needed
• Assist with department invoices/budgeting
• Create graphics for advertisements and radio blasts
• Prepare music and email blasts for radio programmers and partners
• Maintain contact information for radio and marketing partners
• Maintain onboard new promo and marketing vendors and process invoices
• Facilitate ticket buys for tours
• Design and execute sending of promotional mailers to radio partners
• Assist in artist travel and logistics
• Handle operations of the promotion team which includes but is not limited to ensuring tracks are monitored in Mediabase and BDS, send download files and artist assets to team and partners, etc.
• Create and execute promo events, showcases, and conferences
• Execute flyaways and contests for radio stations
• Oversee and assist with Triple Tigers events (CRS, CMA Fest, etc.)
• Analyze and translate date in airplay and consumption systems
• Complete and submit expense reports for label Presidents
