Project Coordinator, Digital Business - Latin Regional Office (Long Term Contract Job)
• As the Project Coordinator you will work on high-priority projects. In coordination with the VP of Digital Business, this role is responsible for tracking project activities, landmarks and timelines. You will report on project progress, problems, and provide potential solutions.

What you'll do:
• Participate in project meetings and propose improvements if necessary
• Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information
• Work with Project leads to supervise project activities and track workflow with team members.
• Manage project-related paperwork to ensure all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored.
• Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails
• Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
• Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures
• Work with finance to setup vendors and process payments.

Who you are:
• Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
• 1-2 years of project support experience is highly preferred.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
