Job Description
What You'll Do:
• Maintain updated global release schedules for department signings
• Aggregate and communicate important upcoming deadlines, events, and meetings for the team
• Assist in tracking artist marketing and radio spend, including setting up vendors, processing invoices, and monitoring payment status
• Support campaign leads with budget management
• Coordinate and attend department meetings, take notes, and circulate action items to keep the team organized
• Assist team members with the implementation of various marketing campaigns; proactively identify additional areas for involvement and improvement in operational workflows
• Additional duties as assigned
• Who You Are:
• College degree preferred
• 1+ years experience in the music industry and knowledge of the independent music landscape
• Excellent organization skills, acute attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced and time sensitive environment.
• Proficient with Google Suite, macOS / iOS and Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.)
• Ability to influence others; handle conflict appropriately, know when to delegate issues upward, and when to apply common sense
• An understanding for the development of marketing plans and programs. Entertainment marketing experience is a plus
