Project Analyst, Finance Operations - Latin Regional Office (Temp 6mo+)

The MS Project Analyst will work on high-priority projects. In coordination with the Director, Finance & Operations, this role is responsible for tracking Finance and Operations projects activities, landmarks, timelines and will also report on project progress, problems, and potential solutions.

Ideal Candidate: Will be bilingual Spanish, certified MS Project Analyst with experience managing high-priority Finance and/or Accounting projects.

What you'll do:
• Act as a liaison throughout business stakeholders and team using Waterfall and Agile methodologies for driving the planning, execution, controlling and closing stages in software implementation (MS Project) focused on customer satisfaction and results whilst meeting project goals within scope and time.
• Ensure completion of the implementation projects within budget, schedule and high customer satisfaction.
• Facilitate and improve agile practices including backlog & requirements management, development and testing.
• Keeping a cadenced operation of the team and a high sense of willingness on customer feedback and changes.
• Ensuring engagement with business and technical stakeholders.
• Support multiple and simultaneous projects and assist clients through all phases of implementation from the initial definition of requirements, requirements gathering, development and go-live.
• Control the financial aspects of the projects and monitor project costs as well as the implementation of project management governance and protocols to ensure quality and delivery standards are adhered to every phase of the implementation and keeping a continuous communication with stakeholders via multiple tools such as: Jira, *MS Project, Teams.
• Gather and translate customer requirements, assumptions, and constraints into project deliverables (scope, timelines, milestones, and executable tasks).
• Effectively and efficiently communicate project progress by creating project reports using MS Project.
• Assists with coordination of logistics of the projects.
• Assists with development of project plans, project schedule and follows up on project trackers.
• Plans meetings and develops meeting minutes.
• Captures key outcomes of meetings and internal team discussions.
• Prepares weekly status reports, presentations, tables, spreadsheets, and other documents.

Who you are:
• Must be fluent in Spanish and English. (Portuguese a plus!)
• Must have minimum of 2 years work experience; financial planning and analysis, finance operations or accounting.
• Minimum of 2 years of Project Management experience
• MS Project Certification is preferred!
• Must have 2 years MS Project work experience.
• Strong communication skills: must be able to synthesize and communicate well with cross-functional teams.
• Must have effective listening skills and keen attention to detail
