Job Description
As a Manager, International Marketing for Sony Music - US Latin, you will report to the Associate Director of International Marketing and work closely with senior team members to provide marketing and strategic services to Sony Music US Latin repertoire.

The goal for this role is to develop and execute international marketing and promotion campaigns outside of the United States and Puerto Rico for Sony US Latin repertoire.

Who you are:
• Work with relevant Sony Music affiliates, artist management and foreign markets to develop launch/strategic plans, ongoing marketing campaigns and artist development strategies.
• Develop and implement online content tactics to drive awareness and community in each market/territory.
• Work with Sony Music affiliates around the world and internal partners to develop marketing campaigns tailored to artist and music.
• Partner with digital team to develop and roll out artist and product-specific digital campaigns - via download, streaming, mobile, and social media (campaigns will include pre-release, video/song premieres, etc.)
• Seek out, set up and coordinate artist promotional opportunities such as, media interviews, photo shoots, displays, and fan events.
• Run and document weekly sales and status.
• Drive local processes in collaboration with Digital Marketing, Promotions, Sales, and other departments.
• Manage budget.
• Occasional Travel.

What you'll do:
• Music industry experience is preferred.
• Must have a minimum of 4 years multi-territory international sales and marketing experience. (LATAM preferred) promotion, event planning, tour marketing and publicity.
• Must be ''fluent'' with technology and a avid Mobile and Computer MS Office Suite user.
• Strong knowledge of social media; comfortable reading online.
• Must be able to travel internationally.
• Flexible to work off-hours, as needed.
• Must have sound understanding of multicultural idiosyncrasy.
• BA degree is preferred not required.
• Effective Spanish and English communication skills. (written and verbal)
• Impeccable organizational and multitasking skills to succeed in fast paced environment.
