Job Description

As a Manager, HR Analytics, you will play a critical role in growing HR analytics at Sony Music, serving as an active partner with Human Resources and business leaders to develop data-driven insights that influence actions throughout the company. The right candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and will bring an innovative mindset to an emerging function. Your role will directly contribute to our efforts to make Sony Music an equitable and rewarding workplace for all employees.

What you'll do:
• Collaborate with HR business partners and business leaders to determine reporting and business requirements
• Identify metrics to help support broader SME HR strategy and build tools that effectively visualize this data
• Analyze and integrate large data sets that yield valuable organizational and divisional insights
• Effectively communicate findings to audiences of various technical ability and seniority
• Mentor HR staff on fundamentals of data analysis and interpretation
• Stay abreast of larger trends and technologies in the HR analytics field

Who you are:
• You have 5+ years' experience working in HR analytics (developing requirements, manipulating data sets, and producing meaningful insights with high visual appeal)
• You have advanced Excel skills and proficiency in one or more BI/analytics tools (Cognos BI, Cognos Dash Boarding, PowerBI, Tableau etc.)
• You possess solid presentation and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to engage, inspire, and influence others
• You have an entrepreneurial spirit, with a knack for rolling up your sleeves and exploring new possibilities
• You're capable of adapting quickly to a changing environment with minimal disruption
