As a Coordinator, Business and Legal Affairs, will report to the Senior Vice President, Head of US Litigation, Business & Legal Affairs.
The Coordinator's responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
What you'll do:
• Support and assist team of lawyers responsible for all US litigation, including but not limited to affirmative and defensive copyright infringement, pre-litigation negotiations and mediations, and copyright termination claims
• Assist in drafting and proofreading correspondence and basic documents, including exhibits
• Assist with basic online research related to claims
• Review artist agreements in connection with copyright termination claims
• Prepare presentations and reports
• Coordinate meetings, including with business units and outside counsel, and manage lawyers' daily schedules
• Organize and maintain filing and tracking systems and database for litigation-related matters, such as tolling and settlement agreements, and maintain records for copyright termination claims
• Liaise with facilities, IS&T and purchasing departments for office needs
• Arrange travel and process expense reports; provide phone coverage
• Maintain attorneys' CLE compliance forms and process renewals
• File litigation-relevant copyright registrations and otherwise support the processing of copyright registrations
Who you are:
• Minimum of 2 years administrative experience or recent college graduate with demonstrated learning potential (i.e., strong academic performance, prior industry experience/interest)
• Highly motivated and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in computer software applications (Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills; detail oriented, organized, timely and accurate
• Punctual, available to work overtime
• Strong understanding of social media platform use

The anticipated annual base salary does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.

$50,000 - $55,000 USD
