Analyst, Digital Operations

Job Description

As an Analyst, Digital Operations, you will play a key role in helping our artists deliver music to their fans. Your role would act as an account manager, providing support to our labels by overseeing the digital supply chain from order to delivery, providing research on operations, and implementing process improvements. This is a unique opportunity to influence how music reaches listeners around the world.

What you'll do:
• Collaborate with key stakeholders on supply chain operations
• Engage with necessary team members to investigate, troubleshoot and resolve supply chain issues
• Support process improvements to our overall digital supply chain
• Facilitate testing and UAT support for system rollouts
• Support Partner Operations team on external partner requests including release troubleshooting, triggering redeliveries and partner communications

Who you are:
• You have 2-4 years of experience working with digital supply chain/general index databases
• A thoughtful, organized and results-oriented professional
• An excellent communicator and enthusiastic collaborator who works well with team members, external partners, and senior management
• You have a strategic mindset and lean on data to inform and track business goals
• You are thorough and thoughtful in your approach to problem solving
