What you'll do:
• The Marketing Assistant will serve the marketing team in all its administrative duties. These tasks include but are not limited to scheduling meetings, submitting expense reports and coordinating business travel for product managers.
• They will work directly with the marketing managers to update artist one-sheets and other artist records on a daily and weekly basis.
• Liaise with partners and artist teams for press/marketing, touring needs, and more.
• The role will also involve several financial aspects of marking admin including processing invoices, maintaining budget grids, etc.
• This role will also involve assisting event coordination for showcases, listening events, etc.
• Artist Travel.
• Candidate must be detail-oriented, well-organized and able to work at a fast paced environment.

• Must also demonstrate initiative, resourcefulness, and an ability to manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines.
