Job Description
Partner Communications Manager (Global Account Management)

San Mateo, CA

Reporting into the Head of Partner Experience, you will develop the Global Account Management communications strategy and program for third party partners. Ensuring that partners have a well rounded communications channel for everything happening at SIE and managing any potential gaps in communication is your primary responsibility. You will develop the Partner Voice program to ensure that platform level communications with our partners is best-in-class.

You will provide cross-functional leadership and expertise on communication management for our partners, working closely with other Communication Managers in other SIE departments. You will provide the frameworks and governance from SIE to communicate holistically with our partners on a SIE or platform level, ensuring a great experience for partners. Internal communications are just as vital as external communication, you will work to ensure all teams have the latest news and updates, and that all teams are operating with the same level of details in partner communications. You will be accountable for ensuring all partners are well informed of news, updates, and other happenings at SIE that are pertinent to their businesses, across all partner facing teams.

What you'll be doing:
• Develop the third-party communications program with both internal and external components to ensure SIE has best in class communication with its partners
• Work across teams and departments to understand partner engagement requirements and impacts to communications
• Offer solutions to teams on how to ensure proper communications with partners
• Represent Global Account Management to the broader organization on communication standards, SLAs and standard methodologies
• Ensure that partners have a world-class experience with the platform, and solve any gaps in communications
• Build frameworks and tools for internal teams to share information, standard methodologies, and platform updates
• Develop governance to the cadence and rhythm of updates to partners
• Work cross functional to develop and be the primary GAM partner for incoming CRM tools
• Be actively engaged in the Partner Experience and Partner Health program, acting as internal comms liaison for both

What we are looking for:
• Extensive history working in relationship and partnership management
• Previous experience managing a communications pipeline for a large enterprise, including owning the tools, process, and procedures for partner communications
• Passionate about providing high levels of customer service to partner organizations
• Experience working with a mixture of small-large organisations with highly matrixed teams
• Ability to engage and influence organization through cross-functional and matrixed relationship
• Communication, presentation, and relationship management skills at all levels.
• Negotiation and facilitation skills
• Extensive games development and publishing experience, or comparable media / entertainment / technology industries
• Strategic problem solver
• Globally minded

• High standard of English + Japanese language proficiency
