Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC seeks a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer in San Mateo, CA to provide global business intelligence solutions to company for a growing worldwide customer base. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or related field or equivalent, and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience building and maintaining the Big Data, business intelligence and analytics platform in the cloud. Prior experience must include five (5) years of progressively responsible experience configuring and setting up virtual private clouds and computing and storing services to host applications, including Big Data, Business Intelligence, and Data warehouse; developing AWS cloud platform based on the infrastructure business requirement; building and setting up platform and minimizing overhead support through automation; running big data, business intelligence and analytics applications within the cloud, utilizing large distributed cloud-based architecture and working in an agile environment; creating and maintaining reusable DevOps tooling, including deployment pipelines and automation of software installations; creating reusable code using terraform and Jenkins pipelines to automate repetitive tasks; performing fit/gap analysis, impact analysis and study of existing business processes; designing analysis documents containing mapping between source table and reporting elements; and customizing applications, generating test scripts, and training super users and end users.
