Job Description

Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC seeks a Business Analyst in San Diego, CA to work closely with data engineers, analysts, finance and business heads to build, refine and maintain centralized systems and financial data pipelines. Requires a Master's degree in Finance, or related field or equivalent, and one (1) year of experience conducting financial analysis to enhance understanding of business unit drivers, key stakeholders, and the interoperability between departments and teams. Prior experience must include at least one (1) year of experience interviewing stakeholders and management groups to collect qualitative and quantitative data and identify and document financial goals, success criteria and success metrics; performing financial and performance reporting and tracking key metrics including IRR, ROI, and TVP; conducting sector and industry analysis to determine how market conditions may affect performance and other ad-hoc analyses; deriving business insight and intelligence from internal and external financial data; and performing sensitivity analysis on predictor variables to gain understanding of potential impact on outcomes.
