Job Description

WTVC is looking for a full-time Video Editor to work our weekend evening shift although other shifts are a possibility.
Job responsibilities include:
• Editing video for daily news coverage, digital platforms and special projects
• Monitoring and setting up feeds from various sources
• Collaborating with producers, reporters, anchors and directors on video for newscasts
• Assisting with video archives
• Meeting daily deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Requirements and Qualifications:
• College degree or experience in the field
• Knowledge of nonlinear editing technology like Avid Media Composer
• Team-player who can work under tight deadlines and multitask
