Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Product Manager, User Account & Identity Management to join our fast-paced digital team. You will use the ''voice of the customer'' to guide the strategy, planning, delivery and performance of end-to-end user identity and account management experiences across our portfolio of products. You will partner with UX, research, engineering, marketing, and other product managers to innovate and deliver a unified user account experience that supports registrations, authentications, subscription management, loyalty management, alerts, and user preferences. This role will serve as the User Account & Identity Management SME and will serve to communicate, coach, and advise other product managers and partner teams on the vision, roadmap, design and usage guidelines for user identity and account management.

What You'll Do: 
• Determine overall strategy and business outcomes for a low-friction user onboarding journey including registration, authentication, subscription management, credentials management, data subject consent, loyalty rewards management and other user account details
• Lead planning and delivery of roadmaps for user account management accessed via a unified yet flexible registration and authentication platform
• Partner with various teams across Sinclair including Legal, Data Engineering and Compliance to apply and maintain necessary data privacy and date consent policies and processes to user identity and user account management
• Partner with other Product Managers to standardize user identity and account management use patterns across the portfolio of News, Sports and Emerging Network products
• Collaborate with Consumer Data and Gamification and Marketing teams to define, deploy and support User Loyalty and Rewards programs via unified user identity and account management patterns and practices
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Marketing and Marketing Operations to support the subscription and management of Newsletters, SMS and mobile alerts via account management patterns and practices
• Develop a metric and KPI-based performance framework to measure the success of the Customer Identity Lifecycle enabler improvements, over time. Monitor KPIs and provide reporting to key stakeholders on Digital Onboarding identifying opportunities for optimization
• Collaborate with Engineering and Architecture to evaluate solution fit for user identity and profile management partner technologies
• Create and deliver executive-level and stakeholder communications for ongoing priorities, including status and roadmap updates

What You Bring :
• 8+ years of experience in product management, product development, management consulting, quantitative analysis, or a similar field
• 5+ years of experience managing registration/authentication, subscription, e-commerce and/or user loyalty products
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, marketing, business, product design, or related field or equivalent practical experience 
• Strong technical background, ability to dive into technical details is required
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, inform recommendations, and drive actions 
• Knowledge and familiarity with UX design, customer experience and customer experience platform technology systems Deep understanding of authentication and identity management protocols and platforms
• 4+ years of API integration experience with bonus points for OKTA/Auth0 and Sales Force Marketing Cloud & CRM experience
• The soft skills to be able to recognize when to challenge conventional thinking in an effective way while also being receptive to feedback and differing points of view 
• SAFe Product Owner / Product Manager certification or Pragmatic Certified a plus 
• Ability and willingness to travel occasionally for company business
