Job Description
Drive Auto is seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated Director of Sales with consistent track record of leveraging advanced sales processes, coaching methods, and leading large teams to success. Deep expertise in digital marketing tech, as well as operations and marketing of auto dealerships is necessary to effectively lead our team of Regional Managers and field sellers. The person in this position will become an integral part of our focused sales effort to super-serve the tier 3 auto business. In addition to training and coaching, we're looking for a hands-on Director with a proven record of closing business in the category, accurately forecasting revenue, and creating strategic business development plans in this highly competitive vertical. The winning candidate will design and implement revenue growth strategies to increase and maintain trusted dealer partnerships across the country. Specific Duties include:
• Exceed expectations for market penetration, average deal size, total revenue, and client retention
• Maintain consistent presence in the field with Regional Management Team focusing on development of people and process
• Create, implement, and manage strategic business plans and KPI's to exceed corporate objectives and sales goals
• Act as player/coach on in-person sales calls with high-value new or existing clients
• Conduct immersive sales summit events with Drive Auto management team to maintain consistent brand representation and ensure effective process execution
• Collaborate with leadership, both in-market and at corporate level, to set sales and support goals/objectives to positively impact entire business
• Provide Drive Auto General Manager with accurate weekly revenue forecast, monthly performance outlook, and quarterly business review
• Work closely with Drive Auto department heads to ensure coordination and cooperation in support of sales and operations
• Weekly 1:1 meeting with Regional Managers focusing on KPI objectives and sales performance
• Perform other related duties as assigned Desired Skills/Experience:
• Proven track record of developing and leading sales managers and sales process
• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining top-tier customer relationships
• Strong business acumen with a thorough understanding of automotive marketing strategies, business cycles and consumer behavior

• Strength in running multiple unique strategic projects concurrently
• Natural understanding of technology tools and logic
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree
• 10+ years of experience in digital media sales management
• Experience managing multiple layers of personnel impacting national footprint
• Proficient in the use of office software and CRM tools
• Excellent communication, presentation, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Thorough knowledge of and passion for automotive marketing business
• Extensive experience working in automotive marketing
• Knowledge of new media, digital interactive initiatives, and social media required
• Ability to build and maintain positive business relationships
