About the Role

As our Broadcast Sales Manager you will help our customers connect with the highest quality antenna and RF products on the market. Every day you will engage with the brightest, most competent people in the industry and will be able to translate technical requirements into a product that will best serve the end user. To thrive in this role, you must be a self-starter who can work independently and manage multiple priorities. Additionally, the individual must be able to communicate complex technical requirements to both internal and external customers.
Our Sales team members develop close and long-term relationships with our customers in order to meet their unique needs. The ability to identify product requirements and respond in a technical capacity is key to this role. Our Sales team follows the product from the initial order all the way through to installation and takes ownership in the entire project. This position can be 100% remote and will support our customer base on the Western half of the US. It also requires travel 25% of the time to visit customers and support trade shows.
• Education: BS or equivalent; engineering background a plus.
• Experience: 10+ years of sales experience with extensive exposure to the broadcast market.
• Skills: excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Technical Requirements: adaptable to new computer and software technologies. ERP experience a plus.
