HR Recruiter

Job Description

We are looking for a Contract Recruiter to join our team and help execute our active recruiting strategy for a large staffing project. This is primarily a position in which the recruiter will have responsibility for full cycle recruiting (sourcing to onboarding). This is a contract role expected to last approximately 6 months.

Responsibilities:
• Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
• Work with hiring managers on building intriguing and interesting job descriptions that will attract candidates
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings.
• Identifying and assessing a diverse candidate pool; managing candidates through the end to end recruiting process and providing regular updates to hiring managers and business leaders
• Ensuring the candidate experience is consistent with the Company's hiring practices.
• Utilize Oracle Recruiting Cloud ATS to move candidates through the recruiting process.
• Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms.
• Manage onboarding and new hire process.
• Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
• Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process.
• Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.

Requirements:
• 2 years of recruiting experience in a high-volume environment
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable making decisions independently
• Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
