Direct Account Specialist

Job Description

Sinclair Digital Group is looking for a Direct Account Specialist with expertise in the operations and marketing of auto dealerships to become a subject matter expert for our Drive Auto team. The person in this position will become an integral part of our company-wide sales initiative focused on the tier 3 auto business. We are looking for a strategic communicator to maintain and grow client relationships in this highly competitive vertical. The winning candidate will quickly gain expertise in internal systems, processes, and business review tools. With intimate involvement in all post sale servicing efforts, they will be responsible for delivering excellent client communication and acquiring the necessary documentation needed to begin onboarding and provide great experiences through client onboarding and retention cycle.

Specific Duties include:
• Maintain consistent presence providing white glove service to end clients in onboarding and retention cycle
• Collaborating with sales teams and end clients on completing post sales documentation by gathering, sorting, organizing, recording information and documents.
• Work closing with finance on coordinating post sale documentation approvals.
• Act as support layer for onboarding processes between end client and Drive Auto.
• Proactively audit onboarding deliverables to ensure smooth experience
• Work closely with management and corporate staff to ensure coordination and cooperation in support of sales and operations
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree
• 1+ years of experience in client relationships
• Ability to maintain strong client relationships
• Process oriented, organized and excel at multi-tasking
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Creative and entrepreneurial thinker
• Solutions oriented

Advanced Qualifications:
• 1 year of experience in digital media marketing products such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, OTT
• Familiar with auto dealership landscape and business drivers
• Jira program knowledge
• Experience in Martech industry
