We are seeking a meticulous and organized individual to join our Social team as a Creative Operations Coordinator. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of creative projects from inception to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the end-to-end process of creative projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Manage resources effectively to optimize project workflow and productivity.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between creative teams, stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Develop and implement streamlined workflows to improve efficiency and project outcomes.
• Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail in all deliverables.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining project documentation, booking travel, and preparing expense reports.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a creative or marketing environment, with proven project management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Strong organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
