Contract Review Administrator (Temporary)
Sinclair, Inc is a dynamic and innovative company committed to excellence and precision in all aspects of its operations. We are seeking a Contract Review Administrator to join our team on a part-time or full-time temporary basis. This position is ideal for a law student or recent graduate with a keen eye for detail and a passion for contract review and organization.
The Contract Review Administrator will be responsible for assisting the legal team with contract review, analysis, and organization. This role is temporary and offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the legal field, specifically in contract management and review.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contract Review: Review, analyze, and extract critical information from a variety of contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and well-organized contract files, both physically and digitally, ensuring easy access and retrieval of information.
• Communication: Collaborate with the legal team to communicate any discrepancies or issues found during contract review and assist in resolving them.
• Research: Conduct legal research and analysis related to specific contracts, legal standards, and regulations as needed.
• Data Entry: Accurately enter and update contract data into the company's contract management system or databases.
• Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to maintain the integrity of contract records.
• Assistance: Provide support to the legal team in various tasks, as assigned, to ensure the efficient operation of the legal department.
Qualifications:
• Currently enrolled in law school or a recent law school graduate.
• Strong knowledge of contract law principles and an ability to interpret legal documents.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with a commitment to maintaining the highest level of accuracy.
• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintaining a well-structured work environment.
• Proficiency in using contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience in contract review or legal document management.
• Familiarity with industry-specific contracts and regulations.
Duration:
This is a temporary position, with the option for either part-time or full-time employment. The expected duration of this contract will be 6 – 8 weeks, with the possibility of extension based on the company's needs and the individual's performance.
