Key Responsibilities
Develop and Execute Internal Communication Plans:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement internal communication strategies aligned with company goals.
• Create engaging content for various communication channels, including emails, newsletters, intranet, and digital displays.
• Draft clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate messages for internal initiatives.
Content Creation and Management:
• Draft clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate messages for internal initiatives.
• Edit, proofread, and receive stakeholder approvals for internal communications materials, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with the company's tone and values.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with organizational goals.
Change Management Communications:
• Support change management initiatives by creating clear and concise communications that help employees navigate transitions.
Measurement and Reporting:
• Track and measure the effectiveness of internal communication campaigns and initiatives.
• Provide regular reports and insights to evaluate engagement levels and propose improvements.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a similar role.
• Proven experience in communications strategy, message development, and training content creation.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to tone and clarity.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and develop innovative communication and training approaches.
• Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.)
Preferred Skills
• Familiarity with IT concepts and terminology.
• Experience working in a corporate or enterprise environment.

The base salary compensation range for this role is $52,890 to $66,113. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, 15 paid vacation days, 2 paid personal days, 9 paid holidays, 40 hours of paid sick leave, parental leave, and employee stock purchase plan.
