Job Description
As an Ad Tech QA Manager your pivotal role within our engineering team will encompass spearheading the development, augmentation, and perpetual upkeep of our sophisticated advertising technology stack. Leveraging your profound technical prowess in programmatic advertising, Google Ad Manager (GAM), and adept quality assurance skills, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the impeccable caliber of novel products and features, thereby furnishing our clients with exceptional solutions. You will work closely with our Engineering and Product teams to understand the intricacies of our products and perform comprehensive testing to identify issues, suggest improvements, and ensure a seamless user experience while ensuring yield.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ad technology products.
• Conduct thorough manual and automated testing to identify issues, defects, and inconsistencies.
• Utilize Google Ad Manager and other ad-related UIs for testing and validation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide feedback on product functionality.
• Perform regression testing to ensure that previously identified issues have been resolved.
• Participate in the design and implementation of automated testing frameworks.
• Report and track defects, prioritize issues, and work with Ad Tech and Engineering to ensure timely resolution.
• Document test results, create test reports, and maintain test documentation.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance product quality.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in ad technology and quality assurance.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a QA Test Engineer, in ad technology or digital advertising.
• Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Proficiency in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit).
• Knowledge of ad tech industry standards, such as VAST, VPAID, and OpenRTB
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Detail-oriented with a critical thinking mindset to identify and troubleshoot issues.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for ensuring product quality.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

The base salary compensation range for this role is $145,000 to $169,950. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, quarterly and annual incentive plan bonuses, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, 15 paid vacation days, 2 paid personal days, 9 paid holidays, 40 hours of paid sick leave, parental leave, and employee stock purchase plan.
