The Sales Coordinator is part of the sales and client communications team and this role will act as liaison for over 100 Distribution Clients for systems access, metadata review and critical dates. Responsibilities include maintaing the client contact database, mapping clients to the S&S systems, and creating Digital Catalogs. Key projects include Exception Reporting and Metadata Best Practices. Maintains critical dates in Publisher Portal. Supports Distribution Client Manager with on-boarding and training of new clients
Education: BA or BS
Previous Experience: Support experience in retail or office.
Skills: Ability to plan, organize & prioritize a varied workload; strong organizational and project management skills; detail oriented; proficient in Excel;
eager to learn; ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management. Website Design Knowledge helpful
