Job Profile:
As Sales Assistant you will be responsible for providing administrative support to Key Account Managers, as well as reporting and data analysis. You will also assist with selling activities, contributing to the achievement of sales targets.
The Role:
Reporting to the Head of Sales Support, you will be responsible for BookScan reporting, customer reporting and analysis, customer liaison and order processing, management of the retailer marketing budget grid and raising EPOs, producing kits for customer presentations, creating order forms and stocklists and resolving customer queries, in addition to other administration duties. The role will involve close liaison with the entire sales department.
The Candidate Profile:
A fantastic entry-level position, giving a rounded insight into the world of publishing, the ideal candidate will have an interest in analytics and a creative eye, along with good IT skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, InDesign and PhotoShop). An eye for detail and strong organisational skills are vital, a ''can do'' positive attitude is a must and the ability to multi-task effectively is indispensable.
