Job Description
The Human Reources Associate will play a crucial role in the HR department and ensure that the HR operations runs smoothly and efficiently, helping maintain a positive and productive work environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist with benefits administration including but not limited to, health insurance, dental and vision plans, retirement plans, life insurance and disability
• Answer employees' benefit questions.
• Assist employees with claims processing when necessary.
• Support new employees with enrollment process.
• Assist department in communications to employees by disseminating company policies, announcements, and updates.
• Maintain accurate and current records for all areas.
• Help coordinate and facilitate open enrollment processes.
• Engage with vendors as required.
• Input and update employee data in the HRIS.
• Generate and summarize reports.
• Interact with other Human Resources functions such as Business Partners and Talent Acquisition, as well as other company functions including legal, finance and technology.
• Provide user support for the HRIS and guide users how to use the system more efficiently.
• Handle routine employee inquiries and issues and escalate as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• 3-4 years' experience in a Human Resources department.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field highly preferred.
• Ability to manage confidential information and inquires.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The annual salary for this position is $55,000.00 - $62,000.00

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
