Job Description
Sesame Workshop is looking to hire a Coordinator, US Social Impact. The US Social Impact (USSI) Coordinator will report to the USSI Office Manager, who oversees all administrative and operational tasks for the department. The candidate will provide administrative support essential for all the department's efficient functioning along with supporting initiative tasks for the Project Management team and the VP, US Social Impact and Operations. Responsibilities are equally divided between the departmental administrative support and the operational functioning of the management team. The Coordinator will also systematize the development and management of the department's PowerPoint presentations and SharePoint management.

Responsibilities include:
• Provide departmental support inclusive of calendar management, expense reports, processing of contracts, invoices, retrieving mail, and other essential departmental administrative tasks.
• Facilitate logistics for virtual and in-person partner meetings and presentations as well as tracking and delivering USSI resources to partners.
• Manage calendar, meeting schedules, expenses activities, and travel coordination for the VP, US Social Impact and Operations.
• Support the Project Management team with administrative and initiative-related tasks, such as creating timelines; arranging key partnership meetings or communications, and maintaining a database of SharePoint project-based information, analytics, and meeting notes.
• Create PowerPoint presentations for keynotes, training, or for funder meetings while maintaining a database that is constantly updated with general topic-based presentations and videos.
• Facilitate the coordination of advisory meetings, virtual or in-person, with all the technical details necessary to arrange the meetings along with note-taking.
• Track and store the department's office supplies, giveaways, and storage materials at the warehouse while identifying on a timely basis when there is a need to reorder.
• Manage the identification and ordering of supplies for creating ''Sesame comfy spaces'' and other resources for partners.

Qualifications:
• Associates degree or equivalent experience
• 2 years of work experience in a comparable position is preferred
• Experience with MS Office Suite, especially in creating PowerPoint multiple media presentations is essential
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, handle a diverse workload, and work closely with coworkers
• Proactive team member with an ability to consider and voice effective problem-solving solutions, especially in and around administrative efficiencies
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills, especially balancing
