Content Operations Coordinator

Job Description

Responsible for the accuracy, quality, timely processing and delivery of all long-form media for networks.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Establish and maintain good relationships with studios/distributors/vendors and internal departments.
• Update our internal active media tracking database.
• Oversee the accuracy of charges billed to the department
• Maintain the media library (digital and physical).
• Review editor monthly assignments.
• Download media from distributor hard drives.
• Create movie screener files.
• Update media onboarding spreadsheet.
• Assist with network notes, as needed.
• Other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
• Associate degree or bachelor's degree, or related work experience
• 2+ years' experience in a major TV or cable market preferred

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
• Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with diverse personalities.
• Ability to work in a high-velocity environment.
• Flexible, solution-oriented attitude.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere/ Media Encoder.
• Possess Microsoft Office skills.
