Job Description
As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning and managing the lifecycle of IT projects while ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You should have strong leadership and communication skills, a deep understanding of project management methodologies, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables collaboratively with stakeholders
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets
• Lead project teams and provide clear direction to meet project goals
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and adapt plans as required
• Efficiently manage project budgets and resources
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with project stakeholders, such as clients, team members, and senior management
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes
• Produce regular project reports for stakeholders and senior management

Minimum Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
• Knowledge of production VFX workflows
• Proficiency in project management software and tools Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspace
• Strong leadership and team management skills

Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development, and cybersecurity concepts
• Experience with risk management and change control processes
• Comfortable working in a dynamic fast-moving environment with responsibility for multiple projects concurrently
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certification

$85,000 - $125,000 a year

This salary range is specific to applicants applying to positions in Vancouver, BC. To determine your base salary, we consider your qualifications, skills, and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary outside of this range and will also be dependent on your location
