En tant que développeur de pipeline Houdini, vous offrirez à notre équipe un aperçu approfondi de la manière à créer un pipeline Houdini qui inclus le lookdev, l'éclairage, CFX et FX tout en utilisant USD et Solaris comme pilier. Vous tirerez parti de votre vaste expérience en production pour élaborer l'acheminement de procédures intuitives et auto-documentées qui peuvent être rapidement reprise par des utilisateurs ayant différents niveaux de compétence et qui peuvent fonctionner efficacement sur des scènes d'une ampleur et d'une complexité extrême.

Principales responsabilités
• Architecturer, configurer, construire et résoudre des problèmes complexes et systématiques des procédures de pipeline Houdini pour les différents départements lookdev, éclairage, CFX et FX
• Recueillir toutes les exigences à travers de grand effort de collaboration qui englobent plusieurs départements et/ou disciplines
• Écrire des sommaires techniques et de la documentation pour les utilisateurs
• Collaborer avec la direction du développement logiciel et l'équipe de pipeline pour identifier et planifier les tâches

Qualifications requises
• Au minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans l'écriture de code pipeline à l'aide de Python
• Expérience dans l'écriture d'un pipeline Houdini à l'aide de USD/Solaris
• Talent démontré pour configurer des procédures intuitives et conviviales pour les artistes sans renoncer à la fonctionnalité

Qualifications souhaitées
• Compréhension de la configuration d'un objet orienté et de la manière d'intégrer Houdini dans un pipeline vaste et complexe
• Passion pour rester au courant des dernières caractéristiques d'Houdini
• Excellent communicateur

As a Houdini Pipeline Developer, you will offer our team deep insight into how to build a Houdini pipeline that spans lookdev, lighting, CFX, and FX, using USD and Solaris as a backbone. You will leverage your extensive production experience to create intuitive and self-documenting workflows that can be quickly adopted by users of differing skill levels, and which can operate efficiently on scenes of extreme scale and complexity.

Key Responsibilities
• Architect, design, build and solve complex, systematic problems in the domain of Houdini pipeline workflows for lookdev, lighting, CFX, and FX departments
• Gather requirements across large collaboration efforts that span multiple departments and/or disciplines
• Write technical briefs and user documentation
• Partner with software development leadership and pipeline team to identify and schedule tasks

Minimum Qualifications
• At least five (5) years of experience writing Houdini pipeline code using Python
• Experience writing a Houdini pipeline using USD/ Solaris
• Demonstrated talent for designing intuitive, artist-friendly workflows without sacrificing functionality

Preferred Qualifications
• Understanding of object-oriented design and how to integrate Houdini into a large and complex pipeline
• Passion for staying on top of latest features in Houdini
• Strong communicator
