As a Bidding Associate, you will support our Executive Producers in the administration duties during the bidding phase of a project. People who excel in this role have a strong understanding of VFX production operations, are self-motivated, tech-savvy and able to juggle multiple responsibilities with a strong emphasis on organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Monitor email requests for bidding templates
• Manage bidding templates, including troubleshooting data scripts, formula, and reconciliation issues within Google Sheet
• Coordinate meetings regular feedback meetings with Bidding Producers and channel the feedback to the stakeholders
• Liaise with the Production Finance and Resource Management teams to ensure that information from bidding systems are as expected

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• 5+ years experience working for a VFX studio/production house, preferably in a production role
• Excellent project management and client communication skills
• Expert in Excel and Google Sheets Experience in Shotgun and production operations
