The person in this role is responsible for overseeing and further developing, generating, and increasing marketing partnerships for th e Austin (G-League) and San Antonio Spurs (NBA) with a strong focus on partner objective assessment and consultative selling. This person will identify and secure prospects based in the Austin market utilizing brand attributes, go to market positioning, and implementing closing opportunities. This position will also integrate sales efforts to further enhance SS&E growth initiatives by collaborating with Austin business strategy initiatives and programming. Responsibilities
• Generate, develop, and maintain new business relationships – regionally, nationally, and globally.
• Implement and demonstrate outbound sales efforts by using sales and services best practices, prospecting, networking, lead generation, data capture and personal data base management.
• Develop and attain personal strategies, training, and procedures to achieve revenue goals by driving partner alignment and engagement utilizing team IP, digital/social channels, promotional platforms, signage, and broadcast for all of our properties.
• Identify and diagnose prospect objectives and initiate research, development, implementation of partnership proposals and contracts.
• Integrate processes and strategies into defined SSE growth initiatives, particularly as they relate to SS&E's growing presence in the Austin market.

Qualifications
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, some holidays, and event nights
• Five years' experience in advertising or partnership sales
• Ability to develop and generate new business
• Knowledge of sponsorship and media sales (including digital media)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Power Point, and other computer skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Bachelor's Degree
• 80% of job able to be performed remotely/20% of work needed to be performed onsite as needed or on a seasonal basis
• This position is based in Austin, Texas
