Sales Operations Assistant (Game Day Staff)
Job Summary: Join the exciting world of NBA basketball as a Sales Operations Assistant for the Sacramento Kings! This dynamic role supports the Sales Operations and Events team in delivering exceptional fan experiences during home games at the Golden 1 Center.
Key Responsibilities:
Fan Experience Management:
• Coordinate and execute fan engagement activities, including pregame events and in-seat deliveries
• Manage promotional pack redemptions and membership fulfillment
• Assist with large group activities and special events
Operational Support:
• Perform crucial logistical duties for promotions and campaigns
• Assemble prize packs and manage gift redemptions
• Assist with database marketing and management tasks
Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with the Sales Operations and Events team to ensure smooth game-day operations
• Provide general office support as needed
• Contribute to post-game analysis and improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
• Proven customer service experience with a track record of exceeding expectations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Self-motivated with a passion for sports and entertainment
Requirements:
• Availability to work Kings home games (minimum of 30+ games per season)
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Start time of 4:00 PM on game days
Compensation:
• $16.00
