Job Summary: The Account Executive position is an incredible opportunity to start a sales career in the sports industry with an organization committed to professional growth and career development. Account Executives experience every aspect of the ticket sales operation in addition to a 360-degree view of the organization, while developing the skill set needed to succeed in the sports industry through recurring sales and product training.

The primary responsibility of the Account Executive, Ticket Sales is to build relationships with potential prospects to sell Season Ticket Memberships, Ticket-Plans, Suites, and Group tickets. Account Executives will have the opportunity to utilize the Award Winning, Golden 1 Center when hosting prospects at games, VIP events, and tours.

The Kings have been recognized as one of the top 10 most innovative teams and success in this position is enhanced through the use of premium software such as: Dialpad, Clearslide, OneMob, Salesforce, DialSource, ZoomInfo, and Linked-In Sales Navigator, among others. These technologies allow the Account Executives to sell and grow at an accelerated rate.

Key Responsibility Areas:
• Builds relationships with prospective customers via outbound communication efforts and enhance those relationships through face to face and virtual appointments
• Utilizes technology to establish and develop relationships with potential customers
• Responsible for meeting or exceeding individual and team performance and developmental goals
• Actively participates in sales training and career development opportunities

Qualifications:
• 4-year college degree in Business, Sports Management, or related field preferred
• Dependability is key: consistently punctual and prepared for a fast-paced environment, executes instructions, and embraces coaching
• High level of confidence, enthusiasm, and personal accountability
• Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work Kings games on nights/weekends

Compensation:

The expected annual base salary for this role is $32,000 - $35,000. Final offers for this role will be made within the parameters of the salary range provided. Years of experience, skills, and other factors such as location are considered when determining the salary offered. Total compensation & offer package will include the following perks below.
