Responsibilities

We're excited to be looking for a Trainee to join our Los Angeles team!

If you are looking to launch your career in the world of Digital Entertainment and Gaming, our trainee program may be right for you! Your role would be to support a cross-section of top-notch gaming, toy and consumer tech clients. The team is collaborative, energetic and passionate, and we are seeking a perfect complement to that dynamic.

The Fine Print:
• Monitor press clippings for clients, track media impressions and crafting/maintaining coverage reports and grids
• Collaborate with the team in brainstorming pitch angles
• Handle incoming press requests and research press contacts at media outlets
• Ongoing maintenance and update media lists
• Review and edit press materials including press releases and alerts
• Assist with special events, when applicable
• Ensure press materials are current
• Coordinate media/influencer mailer
• Provide administrative support including setting up conference calls, meetings, taking notes, and other tasks as needed
• Requires strong organization skills and keen attention to detail

**Trainee roles are hybrid temporary positions, paid, 40 hours per week, with a 4-month term.
